Out for Change advocates for policy change, raises awareness, and conducts informed research to encourage decision-makers to allocate resources and implement programs for the formerly ultra-Orthodox (Yotzim). This includes integration into the IDF, the workforce, and higher education. We also provide individual and communal programs, such as guidance, mentoring, scholarships, leadership and vocational training, and operate community centers across Israel.

Yotzim are central to Israel’s future.

Israel’s survival depends on citizen participation. Yotzim are highly motivated and seek greater participation and integration into mainstream Israeli society. They are joining the IDF and the workforce in increasing numbers, making the return on investment in this population so highly profitable and critical for Israeli society.

Out for Change has no religious or anti-religious agenda

Out for Change is non-denominational and supports all Yotzim, wherever they are on the religious spectrum. We do not encourage or persuade anyone to leave ultra-Orthodoxy.
